Patchwork Needle Books
A beautifully soft and tactile home for your needles and pins. Hand or machine pieced patchwork outer using plant dyed cotton, linen and silk or vintage kimono silks, hand quilted and bound with two or four felt pages inside for your needles.
Varying sizes but all measure between 10 to 12.5 centimetres / 4 to 5 inches square

Plant Dyed Fabric Care
Some plant dyed fabrics can be less colour and light fast than their chemical counterparts, even with a rigorous scouring and mordanting process. Any transience in these gently luminous colours is part of their beauty and any gradual fading will not detract from the integrity of the textile.
You can prolong the intensity of your plant dyed pieces by keeping them out of direct light. Should they need washing, hand wash with a neutral detergent in cool water and air dry.
