Mini Needle Book Kit
This one's for the lovers of tiny patchwork! Almost everything you need to make your own cute little 3" square patchwork needle book - just add a needle and scissors! Each kit includes a generous selection of small pieces of cotton and linen for the patchwork outer (plenty to remove a colour or two if you're not so fond of it), cotton wadding, vintage wool textile for the pages, a backing/binding fabric and a 5m mini skein of plant dyed 8wt Perle cotton.
Just use the QR code in the pack to find the colour PDF instructions (which assume a basic knowledge of sewing).

Plant Dyed Fabric Care
Some plant dyed fabrics can be less colour and light fast than their chemical counterparts, even with a rigorous scouring and mordanting process. Any transience in these gently luminous colours is part of their beauty and any gradual fading will not detract from the integrity of the textile.
You can prolong the intensity of your plant dyed pieces by keeping them out of direct light. Should they need washing, hand wash with a neutral detergent in cool water and air dry.
