Monthly Seasonal Stitching Pack

Exploring local dye plants, both from my garden and carefully foraged from the surrounding countryside here in Galicia, is an integral part of my textile practice. With this subscription, I share my results with you: a Mini Stitching Pack of fabrics and threads dyed with a single seasonal dye plant and delivered to your door every month.
 
The Mini Stitching Pack contains a minimum of 25 x 50cm fabric +15m thread. This will be any combination of repurposed linen, cotton and silk, carefully scoured and mordanted and then dyed with a single dye plant. Sizes will vary each month depending on the dye results, so you might receive just one or two larger pieces of fabric or up to ten smaller ones but the total amount of fabric thread will always be the same. 
 
The monthly Seasonal Stitching Pack will ship on the 25th of every month. Order before midnight on 23rd of the month to receive that month's pack.
 
Plant Dyed Fabric Care
Some of the more experimental dyes will not have been tested for colour and lightfastness. Whilst the potential fading of these luminous colours is part of their magic, you can minimise it by storing fabrics out of direct sunlight and, only when necessary, hand washing in cool water with a neutral detergent.
