Patchwork Painting - Indigo Log Cabin

Four log cabin blocks in my favourite 'sunshine and shadows' arrangement.  Indigo for the blues paired with soft warm shades of orange and a vivid yellow centre.  Made from a mix of repurposed cottons and linens, carefully scoured, mordanted and then dyed with plants.  Stretched on a  wooden frame with a canvas backing for stability.

Measures approx 25cm / 10 inches square
 
Spot clean with cool water and air dry.  Hang plant dyed textiles out of direct sunlight.
