Large Plant Dyed Fabric Bundles
Delicious, curated, six-colour bundles of my plant dyed, repurposed linen and cotton textiles for those who'd larger size pieces and more fabric than the Stitching Packs offer. These are perfect for patchwork and larger projects such as wallhangings, pouches or cushion covers.
Each piece measures appoximately 25 x 50 cm (10 x 20 inches - similar to a fat eighth), though occasionally a piece might be something equivalent like 27 x 48 cm (11 x 19 inches) or similar.
Smaller three-colour bundles can be found in a separate listing.
Some plant dyed fabrics can be less colour and light fast than their chemical counterparts, even with a rigorous scouring and mordanting process. Any transience in these gently luminous colours is part of their beauty and any gradual fading will not detract from the integrity of the textile.
You can prolong the intensity of your plant dyed pieces by keeping them out of direct light. Should they need washing, hand wash with a neutral detergent in cool water and air dry.
