Tuamoto Grid Quilt
This iteration of the Grid Quilt offers a rainbow of plant dyed cotton, linen and silk set against a background of beautifully textured navy linen. Light and squishy thanks to the 100% washable wool wadding. Each square is hand quilted with cotton sashiko thread in a range of plant dyed colours, with a final flourish from the multi-coloured, pieced binding.
Measures approx 98 x 110 cm / 38.5 x 43 inches

Quilt Care
Plant dyed fabrics are inherently less colour and light fast than their chemical counterparts. The transience of these gently luminous colours is part of their beauty and any gradual fading will not detract from the integrity of the piece.
You can prolong the intensity of your plant dyed pieces by keeping them out of direct sunlight. Should they need washing, hand wash with a gentle detergent in cool water and air dry.
