The Shapes Quilt is a soft and drapey throw sized quilt suitable for practical use or hanging on a wall. Odd-sized scraps and dip-dyed testers of plant dyed cotton, linen and silk, carefully hand appliequed onto a background of navy linen. Backed and bound with another navy linen and then hand quilted in one inch straight lines. The layers of linen and the soft bamboo/cotton wadding lend the quilt a comforting weight and drape.
